Encanterra, A Trilogy Country Club Offers International Membership Options
Membership Options Include Discounted Monthly Dues

November 5, 2008

QUEEN CREEK, ARIZ – Although the nation is experiencing uncertain economic stability, the quality and luxury of a country club lifestyle is more realistic now than ever before.  Encanterra, A Trilogy Country Club, the Valley’s newest private golf club unveiled new international membership options and statistics designed to make club membership more affordable in today’s market place, particularly for our closest neighbors – Canadians.

These options and Club statistics include:

  • Membership Dues – in hopes of attracting a larger international membership base, Encanterra affords international members the luxury of only paying dues between the months of November and April.

  • Home Ownership – Canadians will feel right at home as 1/3 of the homes currently sold in the Encanterra community belong to Canadian citizens.

  • Membership Enrollment – Encanterra currently has a membership base comprised of over 40 percent Canadian citizens.

“We realize that it is hard to justify joining a private club, particularly when that club is in another country all together and the world’s economy is a bit sluggish,” said Chris Schwartz, director of golf for Encanterra, A Trilogy Country Club. “However, for those international citizens that make a habit of spending their winters in the gorgeous Arizona weather, Encanterra has made club membership a luxury that is well within reach.”

Currently, there are five membership categories: Golf, Social, Associate, Invitational and International available at Encanterra. A Social membership is required upon purchase of a home at Encanterra, and a Golf membership is optional for an additional initiation fee. Non-residents of Encanterra may join the club via an Associate, Invitational or International membership. These membership categories grant equal access to all amenities.

All memberships are right-to-use (that means no member assessments) with interest rates as low as one percent and flexible five-, seven- and ten-year financing programs available for initiation fees and low monthly dues with unlimited access to golf. For a limited time the club is offering a variety of special introductory offers for membership.

Encanterra, a Trilogy Country Club, is a private 18-hole championship course with the signature design of Ryder Cup Captain Tom Lehman. The course boasts an all-too-rare core style layout, reminiscent of the storied old country clubs of the Southwest.  Set with panoramic views of the Superstition and San Tan mountains, the core layout folds the course inwards, away from residences and all distractions.  In this way, a heightened golf experience becomes the sole focus. It's a challenging course that rewards careful evaluation of risk, club selection and using the nuances of each hole to an advantage.

In addition to championship-caliber golf, Encanterra offers the signature Trilogy lifestyle in a private country club setting. The entire community exudes the Old-World charm and welcoming ambiance of a Mediterranean countryside village.  Yet it affords members a host of decidedly modern luxurious amenities such as a spectacular club with a lush day spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and resort-style and junior Olympic swimming pools. Plus, Encanterra offers an inviting restaurant and café offering everything from inspired world-class dining to convenient casual fare. And, Encanterra will be a community for members of all ages.
